    Depends how you read bro. In this context, highest F-stop is at the wider aperture end (i.e. F/2.8). I'd seen this term used interchangeably hence I added 2 scenario below as explaination. In the whole of my reply, I'm saying smaller (lower f-stop) aperture for great depth in focus, bigger (higher f-stop) aperture for subject isolation. What's wrong in my explanation to be denied entirely?

    You can correct my statement if you want (like how irvine did), but asking others to ignore the reply entirely is plain rude.

    my apologies to you for the offence. my intention was to correct the statement. i should have said "the above statement is wrong". this is the actuality of it.
