I remember reading about the URA photo competition thread that the entries submitted will be considered property of URA etc etc...even for those who did not win.

Well i came across this Singapore Botanical Gardens photo contest rules and reguilations http://www.sbg.org.sg/event/EntryForm.pdf

and found that its a similar case.

Anyone care to double confirm?

Yes, if I remembered correctly, it is similar, that is photographers loose their rights.

On the otherhand URA has amended their rules already.
