Default Z3 on field

Hi,
I onwed a Z1 and now using a Z2.
Both great cameras compared with their price.
I've got very few bad points.
My mainly teme are fast moving animals in the wild and due that both cameras laked a bit, in my opinion, on the speed of autofocusing as well as ability of get focus in low contrast situations.
Other think, the zoom is very slow to start move and once started change too fast.
Anyone who own a Z3 can give info, from practical use, over the improvement on this points?
Does anyone have idea why Minolta reduced the resolution of the movie mode from 800x600 of Z2 to 640x480 on Z3?

Have good shots!!!
