Shooting people in uniforms
Actually, are we breaking the law by shooting say, the police/firemen/civil defense in action? Could we be charged with obstruction?

i think... only if you get in their way. let's say the fireman's charging into a burning building and you're standing in his path trying to get a shot. of course, that's obstruction. or trying to get a shot of him/her trying to attach a hose to the fire hydrant standing right next to said person.
