    Unhappy Lost Battery Door / 1000D

    Hi People,

    Does anyone know where can i find battery door for 1000D, lost mine when i installed the grip. How much does it cost???

    You need to remove the door on a 1000D???

    Yes... not sure about Sony, but for canon, we need to remove the battery door and normally place it on the battery grip (the area that is going into the battery compartment).

    To TS, you might look at Ebay.

    Interesting. Ours just slots into the grip.

    Same for Nikon, for the non-weather sealed models, you have to remove the battery door. Only the weather sealed models have a direct slot in grip.

    Hey TS,

    Most battery grips have a slot for you to stash your cover right? Either that or a spare CF/SD card. How come you misplaced it?

    Either ebay or search for it online. Can search for websites that sell mainly accessories. But a simple search online was like bout US$20 for genuine cover.
