Hiee KM users....
I start this thread to compile and list out users experience on lens compatibility to the different Bodies that we have used before. As i personally have a couple of lens experience through testing or owning i think this list would help us as a reference for future purchases. This does not mean that rechipping is bad (although a little hassle though) as we want to use the glass at the end of the day, the rechipping is mainly providing compatibility for aperture settings and in some cases distance info for the D feature..... Okay the list: --------------- Sigma 24-70mm f3.5-5.6 UCII - Dynax 7 (requires rechipping)- rechip OK Sigma 70-200mm F2.8 EX APO - Dynax 7 (requires rechipping)- rechip OK Sigma 400mm f5.6 (older version) - Dynax 7 (requires rechipping) ....... Do add on the list if any.... Regards, Sulhan |

Hi,
You might want to make this thread sticky like the lens and camera threads. Cheers! |
