Ixus 430

Hi, I'm new to the forums as well as digicams and I was thinking of getting an IXUS430 as my first digi cam. Had planned on getting the IXUS500 but after reading the forums regarding its noise problems and the fact they they are almost identical, I have decided on the IXUS430. I was wondering if any of you guys know where I could get that for the cheapest/most-value-for-money and how much would that cost me? What's in the bundle and/or are there any freebies? Still a student and thus I want to maximise my dollar
