ACL - Anterior Cruciate Ligament

Quite a common and serious injury among soccer players. Now my knee very wobbly, can give way anytime. Abit scary...

Why you need my camera for...you camera much better!

I guess you just need less coconut and no more nudist for you.... I tore my ankle ligaments on both my legs and I didn't even bother for the op. One reason why SAF ditch me anyway

Cant view you picture

Actually already cut down on my soccer alot. From full game, to half game, to nowadays about 10 minutes per game...and still I get injured

Even diving I also can get injured leh...last trip, got a cut on my nose (pool fight, not really diving), and then fell from speedboat and got abrasion on my knee...hahahah. Very accident prone
