yep, really makes me wonder why would anybody want to pay $2k or more for any 10D set that has no more warranty. might as well buy a brand new set, 20D that is!

nightpiper - haha... once the 20D officially hits our shores and the pricing is confirmed, i think a lot of 10D sellers might be forced to repost their prices. heehee... *RUBBING HANDS*... mebbe i can finally afford the 10D.

Like 10D was a good upgrade for D30 users, 20D should be a good upgrade for D60 users. The EF-S lenses are very interesting too, esp the 17-85 IS.

2nd hand 10D selling for $2k seems a realistic possibility. Canon 2nd hand market no.1

But then again the value of 300D will be increase since there will be 2 new lenses that can only be used by Canon 300D and the upcoming 20D. Hmmm sell 10D, get 20D for primary and get 300D as backup....... Ouch....

Agreed, buy 20D & keep 300D for back or casual use, eg chalet, hoilday, BBQ etc. Must get the EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM DC!!!!!

yap totally agree!! Buy 20D keep 300D for my finance minister!! i can just imagine the faces of people who have been selling off their 300D to buy 10D......super switch off man!! but in all due respect 10D is a great camera too and might be good enough for some people. i believe now 10D resale price can drop below 2000 liao....
