    Default Rain sleeve

Any one had experience with rain sleeve/rain cover on your DSLR? Also, any idea where to buy them in Singapore or a DIY version?

    I'm using a Matin rain cover (190mm).

IMHO, it's way better than the OpTech one because the material is some kind of waterproof fabric as opposed to the latter's soft plastic which can easily tear or deform if you're not careful with it. Another good thing about Matin is you can drape it over your camera without any hassles because of its very wide bottom end unlike the OpTech's narrow tubular design which can prove troublesome especially if your camera has a battery grip or if you're using a 3-way tripod head. Think of it as a souped-up Good Morning towel. You can spread your tripod legs real wide with it without any glitches as well.

Forgot how much it costs. Should be $25-ish. Try calling the seller.
