Liverpool beat Arsenal 2-1 at Anfield and the match at Highfield is definitely not reflective of the 3-1 scoreline. We pour forward to secure a win after Gerrard score and thus allows Flamini to score in xtra time.

for this morning's game arsenal kept up the pace for 90 mins and came away with 7 goals. in the liverpool game, arsenal eased off in the 2nd half. if they had continued the at the pace of the 1st half who knows what the score might have been . btw..the scorer of the 3rd goal was fabregas not flamini

    pssst...

they din't ease off... rather, they were pecked back by a strong Liverpool showing in the 2nd half. but their defence held on, and maybe, so do ours. oh... so much more... haha

they got the 3rd goal via a sweeping counter attack move, FYI.

credits to everton for holding on for 4th placing, but i don't think they can play like liverpool in CLs, as far as i can see, everton are not in liverpool's league in terms of standards in CLs.

Arsenal ease off? More like they were under serious pressure from liverpool... in fact, most people will agree that Liverpool deserve at least a draw as they played very well before and after Arsenal score... Arsenal just took their chances well.

They are quite lucky... Imagine if we have won at Arsenal, we will just be 3 point behind them with a vastly superior difference. They will be under serious pressure as if we win at Aston Villa and they lost the last match, we will be 4th.

I truly think we lost it at the Crystal Palace and Boro matches....
