    Default Hong Kong: Golden Week in May?

    Hi,

    planning to go HK during 5 - 9 May. is there still Golden Week in May? heard that since 2008, there is only 1 day of public holiday for Labor day in China, as such there is no more Golden Week in May. true?

    Yee, golden week apply to HK. It is crowed and expensive. No point going and squeeze with the Mainlander.

    I mean the mainlander Aka your neighbor will be there crowding the street and queuing at all branded goods shop, like LV. Hahahaha

    Travelling to HK in the Dec-Feb period is really nice, because the weather is cold! And HK Disneyland is in the Christmas season so everyone's really in the festive mood.
