    Default Botanical Garden in a different perspective

    Not my best area of photocopier, but just two shots of a different view of what everybody has of Botanical Gardens. Critiques & comments welcome.

    Shadows

    17mm :: f/8 :: 1/160s :: ISO200

    Leaves

    35mm :: f/2.8 :: 1/125 :: ISO200

    IMO, the 2nd pic would be better with a smoother background. The bokeh is too distracting for me...

    1st picture : Nice perspective

    2nd picture : Very ugly background, distracting and stuff like that. I have no idea what this picture is trying to say.

    Hi simplicity, thanks for your kind comments, you're the only one that liked #2, I need to try harder at such shots.

    Hi junyang, was trying to isolate the foreground from the back, guess I failed miserably, will try again soon. Thanks for the feedback.
