Details of Fireworks on 15/8
Here's all I know from a phone interview with the choreographer..
Just use this as a guide... forgive me for any inaccuracies Fireworks Duration : 8:00pm - 8:07+pm High Bursts: 400m Mid Level: 75-150m 3 Songs in 7 mins - Olympics Theme Song - Overture of Vanessa Mae - Home Fireworks will consist of 'Water Effects'... which will fire 80ft to 100ft into the water. * Music - Olympics Theme Song Fireworks will start off with 1 big bang... few seconds lull followed by 4 consecutive big bangs... 1m22s-26s: Big Shells 1m55s: Low Level Shells 2m39s-51s: Low Level Comet + High Level Fireworks * This is the most beautiful composition for photography * Music - Overture of Vanessa Mae 3m24s-30s: Popping Flower 3m40s-3m53s: Low level bursts from right to left stretching 300m + Big bang @ 3m49s 3m54s-4m5s: Low level bursts again right to left + palm free fireworks 4m45s-4m48s: Water Effects (yes only 3 secs... but glittering falling fireworks will be the cue it's coming) * Music - Grand Finale (Home) Not much details here... but a lot of things just happening all over... |

Wow.... so details info....
but i think at that time i also too excited to look on so much details.... During the last 2 SFF, i was just shooting and trying to enjoy it as well.... but i think hor........ wanna enjoy cannot take foto.... wanna take foto cannot enjoy... :P |
