It's a possibility, everything else will still look like it's working, the network connection window will show a lot of bytes sent, but 0 bytes received. Try calling the 24-hr hotline and make sure that your service hasn't been suspended.
Aiyah, no lah. My brother's pc is still working fine. He is the subscriber.....I am just "borrowing" the internet service using wireless connection.
