Camera : Nikon D70 with Kit Lens
Aperture: f22

Timing:

1st pic : about 13secs (using black card technique)
2nd pic : about 11secs (using black card technique)

Timing are estimates.

Nice shots. Composition can include more water (The water looks kindof flat in your pics).

sighz... went there late. all the good spots were taken. I had to extend my tripod all the way + center column. Had to shoot above everyone's head.

These are really great shots of the fireworks (regardless of the undexp. background ).You did the right timing and exp for the fireworks.

Nice photos. Personally i wouldn't have stopped down the lens so much (is the reason the background is so under). Did you take any at f11 or thereabouts?

Gee... I'm new at this.

I was fiddling around with f18, f20, f22...
will try it on the 3rd SFF. thanks for comments and tips.
