Default An open apology to Nikon Service Centre

This is in regards to my earlier thread regarding dust in the viewfinder after sending my camera for CCD cleaning. I am sure my post has somehow offended some people, and therefore have removed it. This new thread is to offer my sincere apology to anyone offended by my post.

I have just sent in my camera for cleaning of the viewfinder, and was happily told that they will expedite the process. I agree that the dust may not be caused during the CCD cleaning process, and was posting on impulse during the previous thread.

I do agree that the service centre is doing a great job for completing the jobs on time, and have no doubt regarding their capabilities.

Thank you for reading.

Wow! Sound very serious that warrants an open apology!

It is gracious to apologise if mistake has been made. I do not know what the your 1st post was about - but sometimes a clarification may clear the air better if it just a case of misunderstanding or misunderstood due to less than perfect english or ...

This post sounds so apologetic that my busybody mind start to wonder what might had happened.

Serious or not, doesn't matter. Just that my earlier post made it sound like their service centre is not doing a good job, and I realize I shouldn't have made those statements. So I decided to apologize, not that anyone has demanded one from me though.

Thanks for your interest though.

Sorry sir, no catch here. I am not trying to sell or promote anything or anyone. Just a simple & straightforward apology. Closing this thread before it leads to a new 'disaster'. Thank you CB for your interest too.
