The merlion is over exposed and the pixelation of the pic is quite bad.

seriously im pretty new to this and im not very sure what the comments meant
im using nikon 3200 and just using the defaults to take the pic, any advice on how i can do it better? since this photo is overexposed, what do i underexpose it? |
