How about Chinese pavillion at Shanghai Expo? Was there last Oct and it was nice imo, but it could take up half a day.

    Thanks, she likes travelling.

Yup, I am on F&E most of the time, that trip was to Shanghai, but if I going to SuZhou and Hangzhou, I will stiff F&E due to my kid....

The disadvantage of DIY is you would not have economic of scales on transport and lodging, also time will be wasted on planing and commuting between attractions...if going by tour....everything is well prepared by agen so you just hop on and hop off.....the advantage is you can spend more time on places that you like....also not need to go waste $ waste time on those shopping trip(silk, jewelry, chinese medicine, tea etc) arranged by the tour
