Default Lowest pepper noise setting for A1.....

Hiee Guys.....who owns an A1 (maybe works with A2 too)

I was playing around the settings today fro the lowest noise 30sec exposure....(using the close cap method)

I found that in S(Shutter priority mode) if you set the camera to 30sec and change the contrast setting to max(+5).....than check the histogram of the photo after the shot....you will see that there is only one line at the extreme left end.......hence meaning that pepper noise is very low.....

And tru to what i check......the noise (red blue dots) are least with this setting.....

Will try out to night.....on real night scene....-
UPDATE.......IT WORKS!!!!!!

(The idea was driven while i was doing some on the job test on a scanner system.....i was having some problem quite similar to one of my job task...so juz applied the same findings....)

rgds,
sulhan
