wow, you actually took the trouble to watermark all the photos. here's what i think...
the initial facial portraits - fine, nothing special. you could get a better overall package, if you could add in a storyline, though i believe you were shooting at the flag raising ceremony in the morning yesterday. and that you were using something like a 50/1.8 lens, because of the shallow DOF and perspectives i can see. though it's pretty impossible to run up and down and all over in the moment of the short few minutes (not to forget, distracting too), you may do better to show the scale of the event - because from the few closeups you have, i'd reckon less than 30 people are involved, though logic tells me it's the entire school population... keep on trying! ![]() |

i agree.. but before i went for this.. i set myself a aim ma.. to capture expressions rather than scale.. scale i left to my the other student photog...
so, expressions it is... besides, scale to me, lack emotions, and most of time, i want emotions in my pictures. ![]() PS: watermarking was an automated affair for me.. ![]()
