    mine...
    carabina... torch... IR lazer pointer (not the IR emitter i have)... mints (normally mentos)... coins (buy drinks from vending machine & also to screw the QR plate on my old tripod)...

    a must have is a few frens... without them like dun feel the urge or courage to take out my puny camera...

    Yah this one v. important! In case rain...can cover equipments/bag.

    For me, water bottle, handphone & a packet of tissues is essential item. Depending on weather and location or type of shoot, I usually also bring along a jungle hat, small pair of binos and umbrella.

    haha, actually I don't really bring all, usually those in blue only.

    have never brought
    Compass and map
    ziplock bag
    black tape
    nylon strings
    lighter/candle
    parang/sheath
    (more suitable for jungle survival)

    But spare T-shirt is important. After a few hours of sweating..... , must change before taking public transport.

    bottle and towel lor....

    sometimes bring along a small knife for self-defence, tape, and the camera rain cover incase it rains !!

    and of cus.... ...... wallet la... money la.... glasses la... camera bag la..... and handphone la.....
