hi there, anyone knows whats the price of nikon 70-200VR & the canon 70-200USM? where would be a cheap & reliable place to buy?

The Nikon 70-200 VR is about $3,000 at Lords (Lucky Plaza) and about $3200 at CP. Dunno about Canon. Just came back from HK and the 70-200 VR is selling for S$2600 only, with international warranty. Very tempted to get one there, going next week.

Pls give details of the shop there. Most likely I will be there late next week also. Do you need to bargain? I can't speak cantonese.

(I am not getting the 70-200VR but eyeing on the 12-24 one.)

Actually, when I last went to Lords, I was quoted $2,850 for the 70-200 VR
