Default Free meeee...

This was taken on the last day at Mt K while I was on my way back after lunch. Took a break in the backyard of the restaurant and found this poor creature locked up in a small enclosure.

I kept the aperture at F4 to focus on areas around its eyes with a macro lens. Interestingly, most of my candid shots were done using this lens. It's eyes appeared a little OOF as I couldn't lock focus on it due to poor contrast.

Full frame.

You should send this National Geographic. The expression is priceless.

Good shot, well capture expression. Would prefer a less tight crop, nevertheless still very good

No lah. Just some candids. Me not arrived yet.

Yap, I am very attracted to expressions, especially those of mammalian/avian orign. Perhaps it's from what I do.

Guess I framed them a little tight. But there is just this crevice in the fence in front of the cage to poke my lens through.

i like the first pic.

the 3rd pic would be better if you didn't crop off the left bar, and showed the monkey's whole hand gripping the bar.
