Default Fungus in old Minolta X-700, should I still keep in dry cab?

I have an old Minolta X-700 w/ 50mm lens mounted which I used to keep in a badly kept Drybox. I've recently bought a dry cabinet to house my newly bought 5D. I want to keep my X-700 as well.

If I were to place it into the dry cabinet, will there be any problem of cross-contamination and how can I get rid of the fungus?
