Hey Nick, you didn't get caught in the rain yesterday? I only got a few shots at SBG before it rains.

Hi xaer, gnail and bigbluesky,

Thank you for your compliments!

Xaer: Nice bird shots of yours too! Keep yours coming!

Bigbluesky: You got the rhino right, its not a hippo, because when i looked at the hippos they look like they weren't gonna work unless they got Overtime pay!

Cheers!

Please keep the comments coming! Would also appreciate some constructive ones too!

Hi Bro Nick,

Thanks a lot for your invitation , something I also feel a bit lonely when shooting just by myself . Maybe next round can also invite a few nature loving bros here to join in the party.

Thinking of going places like Sentosa or Sungei Buloh or even Pulau Ubin for my next field trip...still have not decide which day to go because currently, many work projects in hand and I afraid that some of my weekends will kana burn.

Anyway, please keep in touch.

Cheers

Hey bro!

Sure no problem! I'm in bangkok right now and then coming back in about 2 weeks. Can you make it during that time? I'd really like to go to the 'real' wild places... haha..

Cheers!

Nice candid shots...I like how the animals are all doing something interesting as opposed to being static. Some nice camera work here...good angles and framing. Colours are mostly warm and saturated. If anything I thought the shots could be a little brighter...some shots seem a little overcast.

I really like the monkey and baboon shots. The zebra shot had a wonderful symmetry to it but would prefer to see both of them grazing instead of having the mouths cropped off.

Good stuff.

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks nutek and kman for your comments!

Thanks to kman especially for the advice! It was actually drizzling that day at the zoo but I decided to brave the rain and shoot. It was overcast that day so the colours did not really come out the way I would have liked so it was down to my horrible PS skills.. I will keep practising till I get my shooting and PSing better. Thanks!

Cheers!

Hi bro Nick,

Sorie to reply you so late, I just came back from work. Veri tired, now relaxing one corner before taking a bath and dinner. I guess 21 Aug (Sat) or 22 Aug 04 (Sun) should be fine with me. Will pm you to reconfirm when the dates are nearer.

Cheers & many exciting happenings in bangkok!!!
