    When I did not have iPhone and was tasked to configure one for some VIP, I think on my feet and did it without burdening other ppl.

    As an IT professional, you shd have a basic understanding on how things work. New tech are built on THAT foundation and will have similar way of configuring.

    Some ppl are just wanna spoon fed.

    Time to look for other job.

    I am still handling previous case. and the tech who directed that call is the same person who ask for help earlier.

    We use 1 of the leg on our tripod to trek on uneven grounds on the beach or in the sea.
