    Default Marina Bay Sands Pictures

Hi fellow friends, I've picked up photography recently and went shooting at MBS yesterday. Came back with some shots and would love all comments and criticisms so that I can improve on my skill set.

This set of pictures, I shoot in silhoutte & IA mode on the GF2.

Areas of criticism that I hope to gather from here would be

    1. The angle of cover - What did I do right / wrong

    2. The mood of the situation

    3. What areas I can improve on

    Thanks Much!

looks pretty industrial to me. grey skies, grey bridge, grey building.

go at a different timing to get a nicer take like at night or sunset where the bridge lights up.
the picture just looks flat and boring, without any punch.

    Thanks Alpina,

I was thinking of revisiting this place at dusk. Daytime it is just full of metallic parts and pretty boring.

    Cheers!

    besides the colours being dull.

I didn't like how the bridge filled the entire left margin of the photo. Also the first pillar support looks a bit too squeezed. Would prefer more space at the bottom. maybe zoom out more.
