Lexar WA firmware version?

For those who use the Lexar WA series of CF cards, what is your firmware version? I'm curious as there's apparently a new batch of 40x cards which is supposed to be better and faster than the older 40x WA cards. Using ImageRescue v.2.0, it says that my version is up to date (1.01), so is the new card physically different or just firmware?
