    nd 10 b+w costs $S130 . You can buy from reddot who advertise on clubsnap..look under mass sales

    Please note my blue sky picture was not taken with an ND filter .....I was referring to the question relating to the Merlion picture . an ND filter of the cbd looks something like this

    ps the ND filter is useless at 9pm at night

    Another tip, if you do not have a remote shutter, use the camera self timer to prevent any camera movement even if it is on a tripod...

    I got a remote, but in my old camera I used to do this trick to prevent shutter release shakes while using telephoto.
