Not sure why you can't see your PMs. You can try to delete all your cookies and re-login to ClubSNAP.

Secondly, the place to post issues is Feedback, and not in Buy&Sell. Thanks.

Hi RedRose,

We are looking into the problem and we do not appreciate your posting multiple times of the same thing and in the WRONG forum.

Please be patient and remember that this is a FREE forum and we do not spend 24/7 policing it as we all have our day jobs to do as well.

Thread moved (AGAIN!!) to Feedback forum. Remind again that BUY&SELL is not the place to post feedback.

Must be using IE with Win98 ..... Win98 causes this problem with IE. It will drop certain cookies .... maybe cookie monster not hungry.

Red Rose .... Check your system first before making any such comments .... if 10000 people here do not have any problem with PM and only you have, I guess it is wise to check your own system first.

Don't panic, sometimes what goes wrong will go wrong.
Anyway,

1) Try using your friend system or any system that you can find to log in.
If you can, most likely the setting in your browser is causing the problem.

2) If not, post what system, OS, browser name/build no so that someone here can shine the light.

Try first than to wait someone to solve for you....

Had you tried this ....

click "User CP" on the top thread

Then at "control panel", choose "Edit options"

Then Move down to "Messaging & notification"

see if you had check the box "Enable Private Messaging"

If you did not check that, you can't PM ....LOL ....
