    actually fought off the BBB virus last week. almost went D700, now that it is so cheap...

    Brand new. because new D700 in JB costs around SGD 2.5k (6k ringgit) only nowadays.

    yups. But the battery grip will work with D300s and D300 also. And it comes with a AA battery tray, which will also allow 8FPS.

    I see, thanks! Which is better actually, AA bats versus 4Le? I have at 16 AA eneloops that I don't mind to make better use of...
