neutralise the effect.... you need to stack 50 on 200 for a 4 times magnification.. but with vignetting...

Ahhh i see. So if i wanna try out this reverse lens i can only reverse either 18 55 kit lens OR 50 only am i right? Can't stack both together?

I know... just tat usage is quite akin to a raynox, have to move the whole rig back and forth to focus

Yes... just reverse a 50 and you'll see the macro effect liao

dun worry about the sensor. Just switch off the camera when not in use.

Ya that's what i don't like about focusing...
I see all those with dedicated macro lens likeashiok only. Just fill the subject in the whole frame, turn focus ring here and there. Snap.

With raynox have to move here move there and when reach the focusing already and is to the max already, anything more than that your lens will be kissing your subject, will sometimes still find your subject not big enough.

Master fox, don't worry. You're not wrong. Generally in the wild very colorful creatures are mostly poisonous. Only a certain few are not poisonous but have bright coloured patterns to fool it's predator into thinking it is poisonous.

    Well.. this is a mis-conception.

It all depends on the amount of magnification you wish to achieve. If you do not care about this and just want a picture, then you can just focus accordingly and then snap a pic when the subject is in focus.

But if you wish to shoot it at maximum 1:1 magnification, you'll still need to focus the lens to 1:1 (which means minimum focusing distance) and then move the whole camera and rig back and forth till you get your subject to fill in correctly.

Wa really? I've tried all kinds of ways to get it focus and as close as possible already, most of the time with subjects the size of about 1cm or less won't be so big...Got once i even got bold and tried to move in some more end up my raynox kiss a spider....
