RMA @ Convergent
any one got any experience on warranty exchange with Convergent Systems for Lexar CFs? Are they fast and prompt? TIA.

Not sure about Lexar CFs, but I've exchanged Kingston SDRAM with them twice and it was fuss free and no-questions-asked.

I had to RMA a 1GB and it took helluva long..no 1 to 1 at all....

If there are any grouses with Convergent, you can look for MichaelTan @ HWZ. He's the resident Convergent tech support over there. Totally great service.
OT a little: Same goes for TDK. Look for Dean (under the nick TDK_Singapore).
