Your pm is full.

If I am not wrong, the photoshop action creates a new layer. You can only save it as a PSD file if there are layers in there. Hence the filesize. Just use CTRL + S and choose to save as a JPG in the drop menu. The choose a quality setting of 11 in the dialogue box. 11 is roughly the quality setting for FINE in your camera.
