Little things that we can do make a big difference at work. So individuals should be assessed on their skills and ability to do the job well. It is not about the wrinkles on their face, the colour of their skin or their gender. Both employers and employees have a part to play in making the workplace environment friendly and inclusive. It can help everyone work at their best.

To participate in this contest, take a photo that shows how little things can make a big difference. Submit your photos, each with an accompanying title and explanation and stand to win attractive prizes.
Usual stuff

All entries need to be submitted through the official Facebook account, or through

Photo entries should be submitted in JPEG format of at least 300 dpi and be of high resolution
quality with minimal compression. The maximum file size of each entry is 8MB.

Entries should not contain material which infringes any copyright.

Photos will be assessed on the overall quality and the relevance to the theme.

The judges' decision is final.

Prizes not collected within 3 months from notification of results will be forfeited.

Organisers and their family members are not eligible to receive prizes in this contest.

TAFEP may reproduce, exhibit, edit, broadcast and/or publish winning entries without further notification, permission or compensation to participants at any time.

Organisers reserve the right to amend the rules of the contest.

By entering the contest, you agree to abide to all terms and conditions stated by the Organisers. You also agree that any information collected from you may be disclosed to the authorities or to the courts or to the sponsor(s) of the contest, or may be used to keep you updated on promotions of, contests or any other events organised by TAFEP or any of its business associates or partners.
