Hey Ken, what do u mean by using smaller aperture? so as to create a motion blurred effect?

depends on wat u wan to achieve

use smaller aperture to show more details and since i believe the outside is rather bright(hence the highlights) a smaller aperture will take care of tat

dun be confused abt smaller aperture = motion blur
unless u talking abt Aperture priority mode... then yes... smaller aperture will result in slower speed... hence motion blur

hope it helps
