Default Hoya +10 filter?

was at CP today, and wanted get a +4 closeup filter to try out on my 5050.

but one of the sales man told me there was a better one.. costing about 48 dollars , also HOYA. He added that it was about +10 .... anyone used this before?

Can give some review on it?

I used this on my A1 before - very good for closeup but heavy vignetting on edges. I even used he +10 and +4 stacked - only good for center portion of image.
