there is no one solution for all.

there r smokers who live a long live,
meat eaters that r healthy to their old age n
    vegetarians dying young 'healthily'.

    i suggest moderation.
    nothing excessive n everything fine.

    i don't go organic,
only reason is its too expansive.

but its good if u can afford it,
    not for ur health though.

hv u seen the soil after modern methods used?
void of life is all i can think of.
n not just above ground, underground too.

btw, there is also a thing called a genotype diet which is a diet based on your blood type. "diet" here does not refer to literall dieting to loose weight, but rather a diet on what is good/bad for what blood type.

have tried it and i can feel the difference. it can supplement your cholesterol diet.

Well, the thing is that most of us got to eat out for at least 50% of the time, if not more.

The big difficulty is in finding healthy food in resto, fast food or just hawker food.

Are those Subway sandwiches healthy enough, with almost zero fat and fresh veggies. And that comes with a Coke with it's high sugar content.

Any suggestion to even more healthier food when we eat out?

I guess the sensible way is to eat less in terms of quantities and exercise more.

I suppose many of us are just marginally over the limit in terms of BP level, cholesterol level, body fats, BMI etc.

It is a matter of making some effort towards healthier living and we should be OK when we go for the next health check.

It ain't easy with so much "good" food available. And it takes lots of determination to stick to a regular exercise program.
