    Hi everyone,
    I'm very new to camera and can I know for a start is nikon D90 or canon D60 suitable? thank you

    Both are equally good cameras to start with.

    Yes both are suitable.

    my first DSLR is D90, does it really matter what camera u start off, as long as u read the manual and keep practicing u'll be fine
    i buy i sell i use, repeat, such are the vicious endless cycle of GAS

    They are very suitable. I started out with a D90 3 months plus back and am still using it

    both are fine cameras...

    try both of them out and see which one feels better in your hands/ controls make more sense to you / preferred placement of buttons etc and you will know which system is for you

    As what the others have commented... both camera are suitable just which brand/budget/functionality suit your personal 'taste'... usage wise... both

    Read the reviews.
    D90 is an old camera, look at the newer D7000. The Canon is 60D.
