Astin Studio for rent

Hi, I have a photography studio available for rent, location is along Loyang Avenue (near Tampines/Pasir Ris), it has a indoor shooting area, and a garden area outside, with a nice french door. You can mix the studio light with natural light to create different effects/moods. The indoor shooting area is 14ftx26ft, ceiling height is 10ft. Rental $120 for 4hrs (half day) or $200 for 8 hrs (whole day). We are open 24 hours, 7 days. We never close.....

Equipment includes:
Lights: Bowens 2x 1000W & 2x 500W studio flash with soft box
Backdrops: 5x color backdrop (black/grey/white/blue/pink)
Gobos: Barn door, snoot, Bowens Maxilite reflector, various honeycombs, giant reflector, 5-in-1 reflector & diffusor, colour gels
Props: posing chairs (many types), posing table, sofa, fan, flowers, various clothes, curtains, etc.
Misc: tripod (Gitzo, Manfrotto, Slik), lightmeter, flash light remote trigger.

If you rent the studio, you can either (1) collect the key from me and shoot in privacy or (2) ask me to be your studio assistant/coach - your choice.

In addition to the shooting, there is also a separate model make-up room, a computer room (with computer and all major cameras software) and a kitchen with cold drinks. The whole place is air-conditioned.

You can shoot your Harley bike inside the studio.....

You can shoot with sun light outside the studio garden.....

The studio is rented for min 4 hours, there will be discount for long term rental or frequent rental. You can visit my modeling site www.astin-models.com to see some of our models. I will upload more model photos soon. We can discuss the charge in private.

I have a black table for model shoot, those type that let model put the hands on the table and rest the head on her arm. I am thinking of getting a true product shoot table soon, white colour type, and allows light to shine from below.

For photographers who want to rent my studio for product shoot/ still lift shoot, this is a list of tables available in the studio:
1. Large table: 5 feet long, 2.5 feet wide, 2.5 feet tall, black colour
2. Medium table: 3.5 feet long, 2 feet wide, 2.5 feet tall, white colour
3. Small table: 3 feet long, 2 feet wide, 1.5 feet tall, black colour
