Enjoy reading. Only in NS they can tell you what to do. Now it's your turn

You should try out the cameras and see which one fit in your hand better first. Is a prime concern when you are trying long exposure handheld or when taking a lot of snaps.

    Welcome to CS !

Photography doesn't mean take pictures with SLR.
Photography means capturing of images by means of a camera. It can be film, can be digital, can be SLR, can be P&S.
Most important is that you enjoy what you are doing.

TS, you sound like someone young with a family just starting out of business. Why not just continue using your camera first? Use it until it breaks down. In the meantime, spend the money and effort to help your wife grow her online business.
--> good for $$, good for fun, good for long-lasting happy marriage

    have fun !
I probably collect lenses more than I take pictures

Have you tried and tested them all? Compared features and ergonomics?

Best features would be A55. Best ergonomics is subjective; I'd say D7000 for ergonomics.

    How about 60D~ I only tested A55 and D7000~
D7000 is great for me~ I can afford it but since its my first DSLR,i am not sure whether i can put the expensive camera to its full potential~
A55 pictures look very digital(dunno how to explain)~

While the sensor may be the same, the processor and how the logic defines the picture may be totally different. This is why you'll see a difference in the pics.

Are you actually comparing on a PC screen? If you're only comparing at the back LCD, that's just silly. If you're looking through the viewfinder, the A55 uses an EVF while the D700 uses an OVF. That may cause the "digital" look.

In terms of the actual pictures, you won't see much of a difference. So it's up to you if you need the articulating LCD, 10 FPS, GPS, fast AF in live view and fast AF in Video mode. And no mirror slap.
