    I don't have time to read the camera manual to know all the fancy terms of auto here programme there blar blar blar, so just use manual mode.

    yes .. when Auto, P, S, and A modes are not able to do the job ....

    I no choice, camera fully mechanical, so fully manual

    i think a lot of the gwc use manual focus...

    focus on chest area with great precision.

    I bought mine from ebay.

    I think you have to shift your face recognition zone to a lower area:

    Sometimes I need certain DOF with certain shutter speed (otherwise it'll blur due to shaky hands). So I set to M mode and let the camera set the ISO. I have a beautiful MF lens too. Its quite difficult to master, so not sure how the GWC does it

    Are you referring to manual focusing or manual settings? 2 different things here...
