![]() ExxonMobil Recreational Club Dragon Boat finishes the race in number 2 position but it started to wobble and slowly turning over The boat capsized and threw the rowers into the sea and struggles generally follows... The rescue boat came and picked up the drenched and pulled the dragon boat into safety shores... Above are some of my takes of the event... Enjoy. ![]() Last edited by crazypaladin; 22nd June 2004 at 11:41 PM. |

An otherwise worthy series of photos and narration which is kind of spoilt by the wavy distortion. |

you could have had a good reportage here if not for your film-like roll-like wave-like distortion. |

.
interesting idea, considering that it's a water themed series. but like everyone else, the images makes me feel nauseous.. you'll have to decide on whether it works based on the effect it has on viewers. ![]()

i personally like the idea of the distoration... it kinda reflects the choppy waves of the water during the event itself

Thanks for the mixed comments. I was trying to bring out the flip-over with the wavy film-strip way of story-telling. Guess it does not work for lots of people.
