You'll need a lot of practice to do it properly.
Go to highway, stand at a safe distance (preferable behind barriers) and shoot passing by cars.
A true photograph need not be explained, nor can it be contained in words.

that is not panning or panting...
it is just shooting from a moving vehicle at a moving car of roughly the same speed.

yeah lor... cheh... I thought what panting/painting/panning....

this one is usually using car rigs....

I'm quite sure it's not done from a chase vehicle, especially if it's for a publication (ie professional shot).
    Exploring! :)

It's called a tracking shot. Similar to panning, but not exactly the same.

I dunno if it's more difficult, but the logistics is more complex and safety could be a major issue.

    panting...

let's see, i run for 40 minutes at a reasonably fast pace.

    that should help with panting.

as to why you are panting seeing only the side of the car, i'm not sure what you are doing in the car. it must be some strenuous activity that involves a lot of cardiovascular capacity and limb flexibility. perhaps you can upgrade to a SUV so that you won't have to pant seeing only the side of the car, since there is more space to move around in a larger vehicle when indulging in such activities.

as to how to learn how to pant from the side of the car... i don't know, i thought you are doing it already...?
