DD123, got RRS plate for 80-200 on BnS!
Buy first, then add in the RRS head later!
btw may I trouble you guys to keep a lookout for any old macro lens in the 50+mm to 70mm range?
Not for insects but rather, small items. 1:1 ratio is not really necessary I suppose.
Something like an AF-D 60mm micro or similar
AIS also ok. Don't mind manual metering with my D90...
Also, you should also give your 50 f/1.8 a try... if you're not shooting insects, small items may work since you do not require thin DOF. min focus dist for 50mm f/1.8 is about 0.45m leh... This is a pretty sharp lens that's why some peeps are converting it for macro photography by adding a raynox and extension tube...

Nikon D90 | AF-S 18-105mm | AF 50mm f/1.8D | Tokina 12-24mm f4 | Sigma 30mm f1.4
Popped by CP earlier on today. Made some clarifications on the price of the Lee filters.
Big Stopper : $200
Lee foundation kit : $120
Wide angle adaptor ring : $80
Think i'm going to slp now. The moment i reached home damn tired liao, maybe due to getting drenched.
Why you need the Wide angle adaptor ring, I thought the foundation kit can hold the filter?
