Any comments? Composition (know the father should be in the shot, but was in the wrong place..), idea/concept, caption, anything! Thanks in advance! |

excellent idea and caption!
but you're right, it will be nicer if the father was not hidden. otherwise nicely done. ![]() was it a posed shot? i'm sure they had to stand still for a short while? what was your shutter speed? |

I find the background distracting, with all the banners sharply in focus.
The bride doesn't look totally in Focus and also she is in shadow (compared to the 2 standing behind here, which are well lit - was there a bright light source directly above them but behind the bride?) Also the door frame to the left should be cropped away. |

obviousdude:
taken at iso200, 1/10s, f2.8, abt 68mm equiv on my FZ1 Royce: Think a bit bo pian leh, cos was at my lowest F number liao, not too sure how to make the posters blur'er other than gaussian blur? The light source was to their right, hence the father and the bridesmaid looked brighter, but the focus definitely was on her(the bride). Thanks for the tip on cropping away the remnants of the door frame too though!Any other comments anyone? |
