they should have done it here, not in MRT train
they're just POSEURS!
They've given bad image to those martial artists who carry weapons for their (legal) martial arts training .. like that how to take public transport without being searched by Police officers and mistaken for being a gangster?
"There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of trials and errors."
If all these damn things keep happening, next time SBS/TIBS will install metal detectors on their buses/MRTs

how can you even tell the parang is real from the picture?
How about those tattooed Geylang durain sellers in singlets wielding a chopper or machete while selling D24 or Mao Shan Wang cultivars for S$15/kg, should they be arrested also?
Perhaps they could use a pair of scissors to open up the husk instead.
20s year old carrying knives?
How about 12 year old professional hitman?
... but only because its a replacement for one he lost outfield probably
still remember the MP's face before the sergeant came to explain
anyway... back to topic...isn't there a law or regulation about how long a knife you can carry with you... below how many inches or what not... since i'm sure people do bring swiss army knives around for convenience sake (work purposes)
