For NNB I know the difference, is because he wants to use his AiS on his APS-C cam. and once BB come out, cannot do much buying also. If I am him, I will get also.

If I had the same decision to make I had early this year, D90 giving to bro, I would have bought the D7k too. But like how I shared with Chilicrab, once you are used to the interface of pro DX and FX bodies, hard for you to move back.
Yeah bro.. plus the Full HD with AF capabalities made it so hard for me to resists.. Its fascinating to know that nt only i can capture gd image of my little one but motion shots of his growing years as well!!

+ Higher megapixels allows for me to crop (if necessary) for macro
+ can use AIS lens and meter with OLD Extension tube (PK 13, Pn-11)
    + User banks slots
+ Better ISO performance than D90/D300 etc..

Think from nw onwards, i will use only my D700 for landscape and portraits.

    Anything else D7K

A bit more to add. If you are looking for buildings to suit your 60s 70s theme. Basically, any building built during and before 70s will do. If you are looking for building built during this period, one distinctive style comes to mind, art deco building. Clean, simple modernist form.
Maybe can try the Tiong bahru estate, some part of queenstown.

Anyway, it is difficult to look for buildings during this era with all its original "flavour" still intact. They are either "upgraded", refurbished or torn down. Only a handful remains like some of the residential landed property in Joo chiat.

Aiyah bros... thanks for the suggestions and advices lah... but if I get another huge zoom now, my wife will... WTF me... Secondly, 60L cab will not agree with length... Thirdly, if TC III performance is good I don't think I plan to sell it...

For serious birding, I'll give the 150-500 a very hard look, still a long way from now...

Nikon files patent applications for an interchangeable sensor and 80-400mm f/4.6-5.4 lens (updated)

Does this means we will be spoiled for choices of fx and dx?
NNB, bro next time will be just a single body for you if it happen.
