Default Sony Free Gift? Where to collect?

I just bought a Sony Video Camera recently but wasn't given any free gift. Found out later in the Sony catalogue (in the mailbox) indicated there's a free gift.

Was wondering if the free gift is collected upon purchase or at Sony Customer Service Center?

I just bought a Sony product and they're quite strict about having the receipt, warranty card and a voucher before you can collect the gifts. You should go back to the shop that sold you the video camera to get the proper documents and dealer stamps before going to collect your gifts.

At the back of the free gift voucher, 3 locations for the redemption centres are indicated : Sony Gallery (Bugis) - Bugis Junction, Sony Gallery (IMM) - IMM Jurong, or Sony Gallery (Isetan) - Wisma Atria.

suspect now Sony smarter, as some dealers may have separated the free gifts and products to sell, widening the profit margin.

this way, they control the free gifts themselves.

Quite useless the $20 voucher. I had two pieces that I did not even bother to use. All the prices at Sony Galleries are inflated so high, it's definitely cheaper then $20 discount when buying from shops like CP.
